About the Founder
I’m Jasmine Greenhouse, a Licensed Professional Counselor, wife, mom, and the heart behind The Mental Wealth Co. My passion for mental wellness grew from witnessing how many people silently struggle with overwhelm, burnout, and self-doubt, while craving support that feels safe, relatable, and culturally aware.
Across my career, I’ve worked in correctional facilities, psychiatric hospitals, community mental health, and school systems, supporting children, adolescents, teens, and families. Those experiences showed me that mental health challenges appear everywhere, and compassionate, accessible care truly matters.
Becoming licensed was deeply intentional for me. We need more people of color represented in mental health; professionals who understand culture, identity, and lived experience. Cultural competence and showing up for those who rarely see someone who looks like them in wellness spaces is part of my purpose.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and family dynamics — using practical tools rooted in empathy and clarity.
The Mental Wealth Co. was created from that vision: a space where wellness doesn’t feel clinical or intimidating, but approachable, stylish, and part of everyday life. My mission is to help people build emotional strength and resilience because mental wellness isn’t a luxury… it’s foundational.
